As a business that has operated with ISO9001 certification for many years, and more recently ISO9001:2015, we slowly came to the conclusion that our quality system was failing to meet many of our day to day operational needs. Several factors were influencing this, an expanding team of staff in varied roles , ever more stringent demands from larger clients around project lifetime quality documentation, and an increased requirement for CE Marking. The control systems, control panels and software we engineer for most projects are one off and bespoke. We were failing to achieve a consistent approach to each project, despite achieving end results that always met our customers needs. In particular, we wanted to achieve a standard & fully documented approach to every project, despite each project being different from the last.

We approached CE Marking Ltd to see if we could find a way forward. With their help and expert guidance we quickly started to see the wood for the trees! CE Marking's approach was logical and painless, breaking down finite elements of our operation and bringing these together in a standardised approach that can be applied to each and every project - large or small. What was perceived as a highly complex system of working was shown in reality to be something that can be simplified, standardised and effectively managed with a suitable quality system tailored to meet the needs of our business.

The end result being, all members of staff understand that by following the quality system's fully and clearly documented step by step approach, nothing is overlooked and consistent results are achieved each and every time.
